The 2017 season is my 3rd as the editor of Dib Dob, and I have thoroughly enjoyed producing the weekly insight into Heath Life.
However, I cannot help but think that an emailed newsletter is a little outdated?
Dib Dob was only ever supposed to carry match reports and a bit of news, and then Lookey Likey was added and so on and so forth.
As it stands, only the 3rd XI and under 15's are regularly supplying match reports on time, and I spend a ridiculous amount of time chasing the other Captains and Coaches..........
Match reports can easily be entered on any teams individual section of the Club website!
The vast majority, if not all, of the news items included, also appear on the Club website, FB, Twitter or all 3.
And so, it is my view that the Dib Dob has had its day and that it's demise is nigh, unless you can change my opinion!
