This Sunday is Fathers Day. The 1 day of the year when us Dads can relax, perhaps have breakfast in bed followed by a whole day of doing as little as possible while being waited on hand and foot. Well, we can all dream I suppose.

Alternatively, Dads can take to the Cricket Pitch to see if they have still got what it takes in a match against their offspring.

Starting at 1.30 (Just about the time Dads should be settling down for an afternoon nap) you will be treated to a match of unsurpassed entertainment. I am told that the plan is to play a 40 over match, although I have complete confidence that the Dads can show the lads a thing or two and it will be all over in time for Songs of Praise at tea time.

So, if you fancy having a run out against the youngsters or the dads this Sunday, come along to The Heath and join in.
