Anybody that is anybody in the world of quizzing, knows that a Heath Quiz, is more than a few thrown together questions. The Heath Quiz is the envy of the civilised world, a series of rounds packed full of intellectual gymnastics that concludes with the giving of 1 of the most coveted prizes on the globe. It is in fact a huge surprise, that The Oscars got the coverage that they did, when our quiz took place a day before, but there we are. In any event, Saturday night was a great success, and 12 teams did battle for the title of Heath Quiz Champions. The packed collection of competitors were treated to the customary curry at half time, and tucked into tasty meat and vegetarian options and accompaniments. New on the menu this year though was the half time Limerick competition where 8 year old Katie Hurde knocked 58 year old Steve Wilkes out of the ground with her winning effort.
But it was Tim and his chums from the Tennis Section that won the main event
