Match report 5/5/19:

Bexleyheath CC U15 away at OD Cuaco for the first colts game of the season. We won the toss and put the opponents into bat first with Harry and Jack to open the bowling. Harry claimed the wicket of their opener in the second ball of the innings. Excellent bowling and fielding by the boys despite a couple of dropped catches. Standout performances coming from Harry with 4 overs for 6 runs and 2 wickets, Jack with 4 overs for 6 runs , and a tidy end to the innings from Sukhvir finishing off on 3.4 overs for 18 runs and 3 wickets. Opponents restricted to 114 all out in the end. Jack and Ben went out opening the batting, getting us off to a flying start. Ben hitting boundaries off both openers and Jack playing a handy knock of 26, with Ben retiring on 51 in a game which could be the last for him in the U15’s this season due to Kent matches.The game was then closed out by Shrenik and Meggsy finishing on 23* and 9* respectively. BHCC achieving the target in 15.4 overs, meaning a brilliant start to the season and excellent team performance from the boys.
